The ‘Cegonha do Arade’ We are on Arade river which winds through Silves, Lagoa and Portimao, which we have sailed since 1998
We depart from Portimão for our trips except the Lagos / Ponta da Piedade tour which departs from Alvor. As the river is tidal, our departure times vary, so please contact us for information.

Our River trip to Silves, takes you through the Nature reserve a fantastic opportunity for some wildlife photography and discover the Flora and Fauna of this Algarve River. After a one hour trip up the river we reach the Historic City of Silves it is an enchanting town littered with orange and lemon trees.
There is history everywhere you look in Silves, to remind you of its affluent and bold past as a Moorish capital. The most prominent monument is Castelo de Silves, which is now the best preserved castle in the Algarve. You will spend 90 minutes either exploring the city or having lunch at one of its excellent restaurants
Back on board we sail back down to Portimao and leaving you with memories of a great day.
We leave Portimao for a 2 hour trip passing through Ferragudo and Carvoeiro to expore the stunning rock formations, caves and caverns. The caves and grottos formed by years of erosion form an unique and stunning coastline of the Algarve, the journey offers a must see trip and one to bring your camera.
The Benagil Sea Cave is one of a number of caves that lines the coast of the Algarve. Accessible only by sea, this iconic cave is around the corner from the beach in the small town of Benagil.
The 3 hour trip along the coast from Portimao will offer you the opportunity to see what the website ‘Things to see before you die’ said was a hidden wonder of the world, along with the stunning rocky coast line.
We depart this 2 hour trip from Alvor, sailing across Lagos Bay, to Ponta da Peidade the best way to appreciate its beauty is from the sea. We take you around the rock pillars, natural tunnels and grottoes. The water is wonderfully clear and the bright sunshine filters through the holes in the rocks to magically reflect off the water.
